How to change ip address without using VPN

Procedure:-

1. First find a working proxy address

2.  Now go to apn settings create a new one

Name -Anything
Apn -Anything
Proxy-(the proxy e.g51.77.210.229)
Port -(the port e.g 3128)

3. Then save
Then select the new apn you created

Your IP address will change to the one selected
